Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for Eco Resort Ownership.
- Maintain client database and conduct follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in sales planning.
- Identify and engage potential individual and organizational investors.
- Handle client queries and objections professionally.
- Promote and sell resort and wellness investment shares.
- Make outbound calls and follow up via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor in any discipline.
- Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply (Sales experience will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Clear understanding of the real estate and investment markets.
- Tech-savvy with strong leadership and management capacities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
